Food got out quick. The food itself was nicely cooked. And the place was fairly clean
Caine's is right across the street. I guess they haven't figured it out but they really need to clean up their act. Customer service was uninspired. You can tell they hate the job. Stopped in for a frosty. Can't really mess that up. Inside needs a refresh and a good cleaning. That used to be Davco foods show place. Sure is a shame. New owners just don't care.

Until recently this Wendy's always looked liked it was close, but be reno has helped. However, my most recent experience was HORRIBLE. I frequently use the Wendy's app to order my food to receive rewards. However after placing my order through the Wendys app and proceding to drive thru, the cashier indicates that I need to pay more. I indicated that I fully paid via app. The issue is that the cashier processed the mobile app order incorrectly. I tried to share my app receipt with correct price so they could verify, but the manager and team were reluctant and inexcusably ignorant to how the Official Wendy's app worked. They wanted me to pay the non combo price for kids meals. I even called another Wendy's that could confirm that the app was correct but the gentleman that came out to chat was ignorant to the situation. I asked him to process the same order at the cashier as normal combo pricing, he just gave me a blank stare. This wasted so much time, it was late, children was hungry. Infuriating, I will not be visiting this location again. Staff need to be trained on all systems and apps.
