Beltempo - GAMBASSI TERME

This restaurant is situated at a beautiful little square in the heart of Gambassi Terme. Both locals and tourists like to go here. If you come by car, park it outside the old town. It’s just a 5 minute walk (through a beautiful park that’s...located near the square). Beltempo has a small menu with nice, fresh Tuscan food. The staff is very friendly. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. In the distance, looking over the hills, you’ll see the towers of the famous town San Gimignano.

We had dinner in this beautiful restaurant. The host was really nice, we ordered some pasta and beef, it was worth it! You have to try their house wine perfect! I would recommend this place!

We had the Pici, the chicken, swordfish and maccheroni. Grilled vegetable and fries on the side. All dishes were of a good quality. The pear and chocolate dessert was particularly good. Service was very good, very helpful and spoke English well. A top spot!

The sumptious food, excellent and friendly service, the warm ambience, spectacular views over Tuscany and cleansiness make this our favourite restaurant in all of Tuscany. A must visit!

We spent a week in Gambassi Terme and because of a very pleasant experience on our first visit to Beltempo we returned each day. Menu is fabulous with good authentic Italian dishes but it’s also nice to sit outside on the restaurants patio area with...a glass of wine or beer enjoying the ambience of the piazza.
