Sonny's - Galway

We were served by Rory. He was genuine, courteous, pleasant, and most of all welcoming. Sonny Molloy's, kudos to you for hiring such high-quality staff.

Went here with a friend recently and had such a good night. From the doormen to the bar staff to the musicians everyone was so much fun and friendly. The cocktails were delicious. Will definitely be back next time we hit Galway. Thanks to all the staff who looked after us

Had drinks at The Front Door on a recent visit to Galway. My fellow travelers enjoyed local beer but as I'm not a beer drinker I had a Cosmo and it was the best Cosmo I've ever had. As we had our drinks I pursued the drink menu and had many good options, wish I was staying longer to try new drinks. A big thank you to the great bartender and friendly and efficient server.

During my week in Ireland, I found that Sonny Molloy's boasted the most extensive selection of Irish whiskeys I've seen, including a Kilbeggan Single Grain that is so exceptionally smooth that I didn't mind its price tag at all. The staff here truly know their whiskey, surpassing the expertise of food and beverage staff I've encountered elsewhere, with the exception of the manager at O'Brien's Wine Off-Licence Unlimited Company in Galway. I'm planning to explore more of Ireland soon, and you can be sure that I'll be returning to Galway for a couple of days on my next trip.

Great place to have fun with friends, waiters and waitresses are cool, warm atmosphere and evening music with dj or small acoustic concerts. The pub is on two floors and there is a smoking area. the decor is super pretty and the meal is top I recommend!
