I love handsome burger, the burgers are great (especially the vegan one! the chips are amazing, the location is super pretty and the staff is very nice. Unfortunately one big issue for me is their waste of resources and plastic. Today it‘s more important than ever to reduce and reuse, which is why I cannot understand that handsome burger is giving out wooden cutlery and tiny plastic ketchup sachets. Cleaning „real“ cutlery takes energy as well, but it‘s definitely less than cutting down trees, making cutlery out of it and throwing it out after one use. Furthermore serving ketchup in tiny plastic sachets is not understandable, besides being annoying it‘s also a lot of waste. I love handsome burger but the waste is definitely a reason for me not to go anymore and I would love for them to take it on board and maybe think about their green footprint again.
