Whataburger - Galveston

Waited 10 for a burger and a little shake. You wouldn't take money in the pay window. Instead, after they had brought the food to the outside lane, they had to get back in to change. Take more time. And some other cars first got their orders. The burger was ok and the shake was the wrong taste. The Shake was so badly asked that they didn't leave him. It was grainy and more like a cup of ice cream. My first and safe last visit to this chain.

Good customer service, good food and beautiful shakes! Holiday from the city and it was our first time in a Whataburger! Great experience as a whole.

Why the hell was I charged for your special cheeseries, without chili, because you don't know how to order and not given??

Atmosphere is what it is in fast food but it was really clean, friendly staff, but kitchen takes too long. I've always wondered if whataburgers kitchen goes slower the more people on the line, lol.Food: 4/5
