Trini Mike's Island Time Kitchen (food Truck)

Oh wow, this place is fantastic. My only complaint is the limited opening time just Friday and Saturday afternoon right now. So far I've only had the doubles (sort of like chickpea tacos chickpea shell and curried chickpea filling) and daal. The daal, such flavor. Tomorrow I'm going to hit it again and ask them for a triple or quadruple serving of the daal, and try the chicken curry. Such a solid addition to Galveston's food scene.

We both had curry chicken street tacos done in a bread style bowl instead of tortillas. My inner fat kid is grinning ear-to-ear right now. Add on the fact that the people working in the truck were exceptional hosts made this a must do again for us!

Vegan u0026 carnivore items both made with equal care. This in no way tastes like food you can get as easily u0026 quickly as you can here. Every bite is a hug.
