Kfc - Galveston

The food was good. It seems they didn't pay attention to what I ordered. For example, I ordered macaroni and cheese, but I got potatoes. The Jalapeno was omitted and no cookies. Eating tasteful, just not right. I'll say they did everything well without questions, but I still had better to go back what I hate to do.

Overall, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude, and it felt like we waited forever for our food—it took far too long. I attempted to give it a fair chance, but after my last visit, I'm definitely not returning.

I really loved KFC! But her food went so badly downhill! The family dishes are as expensive as most chicken places today, but it tastes as if they make the bags of food or something because the chicken is almost always rubbery and half cold as it sits for hours. Also they always have quite a lot ready when you go around the corner to the window in the ride. Wish they still maintain food quality as they did years ago.

The service was incredibly slow; what should have taken 2 minutes ended up taking 10, and that’s detrimental to the business. I won’t be returning here again.

Not so fast food, didn't give me my order correctly and i explained my order and still got it wrong. biscuits are good tho
