Kfc - Galveston

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. (Literally!! Cora does not need to work in customer service ever. We stop through here when we come in town and will never come back. Don’t waste your money or time with this location. I left and spent my $115.00 at Pappadeaux. Fire Cora or put her on the dishes or fryer so she doesn’t have to deal with ANY customers.

Food was good once we got it. Seemed like the lady that took our order had to constantly go back to make sure everyone was doing their job.

Whoever they have working the drive through has a horrible attitude. I asked about the price of something and she said idk like 3 something each in the most horrible attitude. Rude Ghetto

Dirty Table, 2 Kids Running in the Restaurant and make everything Dirty with their Drinks, I thinkTheir mother works there. The stuff don‘t know who Order What and we must wait to Long for our Food. Normally I don‘t Write Texts Like this, but it Changed my view of KFC. But i Must say the Food was actually good, so if you Go there i reccomend the Drive in.

Terrible service, got our order wrong 3 times. The heavy set manager was rude and had a terrible attitude. She was super stressed and couldn’t get a simple chicken order right!
