Henrys Mexican - Galveston

Delicious breakfast burritos and very filling! herself had a vegetarian burrito for my vegetarian teenager and she loved it! we had breakfast here two days in a row because they were so good.

These people are so very sweet. One of the men was outside and walked in behind us and handed us the menu. Then the lady took our order she was very attentive and super sweet. She even gave me a real rose. (It's mother's day BUT I'm not a mother. She didn't even ask just handed me the rose. I felt so special and happy. I would highly recommend eating here. :

Great place to end your day. Good for a full dinner or quick bite. The prices are very reasonable. The taste and variety is great! I will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

Awesome place! Should be reviewed by Diner’s Drive-In and Dives. This place fits the bill. Friendly staff too. It’s easy to find right on Broadway in Galveston. The menu is a mix of Mexican and Honduran Foods and some other Central American foods too. I got the chile relleno. Very nice. Not doused in cheese and served with a salad instead of beans, so it wasn’t heavy. The rice is light and fluffy. Can’t wait to go back and try some more of the menu!

This is another local go to here on the island. Their surprise breakfast burritos are famous, but they have a great selection of Salvadoran and Mexican dishes as well as fried seafood and burgers and PoBoys. Pretty much something for everyone, and the prices are reasonable making this a great place to go often. I'm making my way through the menu and I'm happy with everything I've had so far. Good stuff, on Broadway so you pass by it all the time.
