Apache Mexican Cuisine - Galveston

YES they are open ! Making a comeback lunch was VERY good?

This place use to be my favorite place in Galveston but unfortunately they definitely have gone down. Food and service is terrible. We ate on paper plates and plastic ware.

Always so so good. The surprise breakfast burrito is like nothing else!

I've been to Apache several times now for lunch and its fantastic every time! The food is fresh and homemade and I clean my plate every meal. The salsa is great and I've had the tacos, enchiladas, and its all consistently awesome. Its by far the best Mexican food on the island.

We decided to stop here for some breakfast. They did t have menudo at the time but we stayed away and I'm glad we did. The huevos rancheros we're delicious. The Chorizo is home made with a 150 year old recipe and it was the best I've ever had! The salsa looked plain but I kept eating it. Not to spicy just right. It's a little hole in the wall but it's great.
