Je Mocha Bean Coffee Wine

I absolutely loved the chai tea and the pastries! However, the coffee staff could have been a bit friendlier.

As a local, I strongly do not recommend this place. Their coffee and food is not remarkable by any means. The quality does not warrant prices to be that expensive. Food items are served cold and you’re told to use a microwave that’s located by the exit to warm them. The employees have terrible attitudes and it’s very off-putting. I thought the first bad experience was just the one employee having a bad day but now that I’ve gone a second time it was the same bad experience but different employees. I guess it must be a prerequisite to be unpleasant to work here? I would rather just get coffee and breakfast items from the circle k gas station a couple doors down than deal with this place ever again.

Their pastries are enormous and delicious! However, I was a bit disappointed that they only offered whole milk and oat milk for iced coffee. I understand that not every coffee shop has my favorite coconut milk, but most do carry almond milk. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

You can really sense the owner's passion for coffee at this place. Everything is thoughtfully crafted and of the highest quality. However, I don't think there were any gluten-free options, and definitely none that were both gluten and dairy free. My boyfriend ordered a baked good, possibly a croissant, and he really enjoyed it.

Pariah Coffee is an excellent coffee shop that roasts its own beans and serves outstanding coffee. While we typically grab our drinks to go during our visits, the interior is also quite inviting, with plenty of seating available. We don’t go to Galveston frequently, but we always look forward to stopping by Pariah Coffee when we do. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
