T2 Yan Chinese Cuisine - Galt

Ive always been supportive of this business told other people and they have been going as well now, but today whoever was taking my order was super rude. Now you have lost many customers!

I absolutely love this Chinese restaurant in Galt. The food is always delicious and perfectly seasoned. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is lovely with a beautiful chandelier, exotic fish in a fish tank, and art on the walls. I highly recommend stopping by for a fantastic meal with exceptional service and a beautiful ambiance.

The restaurant is very attractive with great Chinese music and friendly waitstaff. However, I was disappointed with the food quality. I have lived in Asia for the past 30 years and have Chinese and Thai wives, so I have high standards. The restaurant needs to find a new cook.

I really enjoy their BBQ pork fried rice, but the two women working there were extremely rude. They lacked customer service skills and I had to remind them that I was a paying customer, not a beggar off the street. Please treat me with respect, as they were much nicer to other customers. Overall, I would rate the food 4, service 1, and atmosphere 4.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and flavorful, but the woman at the front is not good with people and made a mistake with charging me for the most expensive option instead of the cheaper one I requested. Although it's not a significant amount, $7 is still a gallon of diesel. I specifically asked for the smaller, cheaper option to avoid wasting food and money, but unfortunately both were wasted in the end. If you choose to order takeout, make sure to request utensils and napkins as they are not automatically included. Despite the poor customer service, the food is truly amazing. I recommend improving the cleanliness of the bathroom by replacing the sink and mopping the sticky floor. Overall, service was subpar, food was excellent, and atmosphere was average.
