Baja Fresh - Galt

I was disappointed with my experience at this establishment. It seemed like they were not fully prepared to handle their customers. Despite being the only ones in line, there were several people who had already placed their orders, causing delays. I ordered a Diablo burrito that was missing some ingredients, and also ended up paying for chips and salsa that were supposed to be included with the meal. To make matters worse, the chips I received were undercooked and greasy. Overall, the food and service were disappointing, and not up to the standard I expected from Baja Fresh.

I ordered three shrimp tacos, but was disappointed with the service. The cashier had to remind the staff twice to put shrimp on the grill for my order. As I watched my shrimp get grilled, the person prepping my tacos started preparing them without the shrimp. The shrimp was left in a bowl and the staff began working on another customer's order, leaving my food to get cold. When I finally got to my car and unwrapped my tacos, they were very cold and not at all filling. I should have read the reviews before coming here. I will not be returning. The staff was slow and seemed unorganized. I hope they enjoy the $12 plus tax I spent.

This restaurant is barely deserving of a single star. The only positive aspect was the friendly customer service provided by the staff. However, the food was subpar and incredibly salty to the point where it felt like our mouths were being torn up. Our burritos were missing the cheese they were supposed to have, and lacked protein. For the price we paid, we expected more meat in our burritos than just a few small chunks. The burritos mainly consisted of pico de gallo. We also ordered a side of queso for $5, only to receive what seemed like diluted cheese water. It was almost drinkable. We were disappointed with the overall experience and will not be returning. This establishment needs to improve their food quality in order to retain customers and stay in business.

Decent Mexican fast food. Order to go and eat in your car or on the road.

I?ve gotten food from here multiple times now and every time it is delicious. I love their burrito bowls and am always so full after I eat from there.
