Pizza 9 Gallup

The cheese pizza was pretty good, but the energy inside was a little chaotic. The girls behind the counter could use some help… maybe some more training. They were nice though.

I placed an order for delivery, called to check on the status an hour later , and was told they didn’t have an order for that name

Ordered a Hawaiian. Got a....idk what this is. Took our online order, said it'd be 45 mins, which put it past their 10pm closing. So we called to make sure everything was good. Nope. They stopped delivering already. Ok, no problem, went and picked it up. Staff was rude to my wife, and gave us someone else's order. Plus it was cold. Doesn't taste right. Probably the worst pizza i ever got. Don't bother with this place.

Located at the mall. I must say that this pizza was good! Definitely recommend. I had the deluxe and Hawaiian pizzas. Kinda reminds me of pizza hut. ????

First time passing through Gallup. Decided to try Pizza9. But the staff are rude; the lone exception being the cashier. They play their personal movies on portal speakers full blast in the dining area. No regard for the customers who pay for the food, and their salary. The gal who brought out our pizza was not cordial. She put our pizza at the other end of the table and didn't ask if we needed anything else.The owners and managers must have the same attitude to allow such behavior. If you're passing through Gallup, do not try Pizza9. The customer service is atrocious. No pizza is worth putting up with such mediocrity. If you work for a living, take your hard earned money somewhere else.
