My favorite spot! The staff is amazing, the service is top-notch, and everything is incredibly clean! Plus, the music is fantastic!!!

My wife, who is 8 months pregnant, really needed to use the restroom. She politely asked an employee if she could use their bathroom, and was met with a rude response that they don't have a restroom available. I understand there might not be public restrooms, but sometimes exceptions should be made, especially in situations like this. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.

Overall, most of the staff at the Smithville location are quite friendly. However, I cannot say the same for a young lady who was working the register tonight. She didn’t acknowledge me when I greeted her, didn’t express any gratitude, and even complained to her coworkers about a smell that reminded her of garbage. This behavior was far from professional. I understand that young people can act immaturely, but it's important to behave appropriately in a job setting.

Chris was an awesome young man. Someone who also works in food service loves seeing communication behind the counter and that?s what I saw him providing to his team. Their is also another young lady (couldn?t see her name tag possibly Sheila had brown hair in a bun with a black shirt and hoop earrings) she helped Linda at the register and then hopped to the food service! Only request is if they could update their whiteboard when shifts change because I thought Chris was Mike before I saw his name tag ?? (was there around 5 o clock and the whole team did an awesome job)

Always a great go to place. Great food and coffee. Friendly and fast service. Love the hoggies, make them to your order. Nice choice of snacks and pre-packaged foods for a quick bite.
