Il Giardino Segreto - GALLIPOLI

The inner garden is evocative, also inhabited by the visits of Piccola, a very sweet kitten. The vegan menu is very good and offers delicious dishes based on natural, organic ingredients based on a traditional basis. Large selection of wines. The costs are therefore what you can expect, even in view of its position, in the historic center of the super tourism Gallipoli.

I went with my husband to eat three nights in a row in this restaurant because it is the only one in Gallipoli that also offers vegan dishes. We ate very well and all staff were very friendly, both the owners (an exquisite family) and the two waiters (very nice and polite). The garden was a worthy environment for this delicious dinner. The wines then proposed were excellent. Of course it will be our food destination when we return to Gallipoli (hopefully soon).

The staff is very polite and attentive. Very nice place for an outdoor dinner. For lunch, the interior is recommended as it is hot in the courtyard. The dishes are very refined (especially the first courses). The Scialatielli with golden sauce were exquisite. Of course, the refinement of the courts is paid a little... but if you want to make an exception from the rule that has come on holiday to Gallipoli... it can be done! All in all it is worth it.

The food is very good, there is a vegan menu consisting mainly of local products, the location is welcoming, there is a beautiful internal garden, the service is accurate, the staff is very kind, helpful and also prepared for requests ' details ' (gluten-free foods in the case of my table). The selection of wines is also excellent
