China Buffet - Gallatin

As someone who grew up in Boston's Chinatown, I have high expectations for Chinese American cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised by China Buffet! The food was served hot and was very well seasoned. There was a great selection and variety of dishes. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean.

I've been dining here for years and have always enjoyed the food. The buffet is consistently fresh and well-stocked. The staff is very friendly, and they make sure you never run out of drinks.

It wasn't here in a while. First I will say our service was excellent. The food was very good on a buffet style. There are many Chinese buffets that let the food love you a day, but not these. It's on top.
