A little eye contact from employees to customers is not much to ask. Recognition when you drive to get your food. You could ask if I need sauce before you blow my bag and throw me away.
Yes I want to Chic Filet, I ordered a sammich with the meal and a shake...They forgot the fries. Fortunately I tend to go right for the fries, so I went back in and got my fries, they were hotter than Georgia asphalt. I burned my tongue a little bit but I had my shake, my soothing shake, so everything was cool, everything was delicious. Everyone was very nice.
The last two times I've been here I was missing a chicken biscuit. Once receiving 5 of 6 and the other time I ordered 1... I applaud Chick-fil-A's when it comes to making the most of a parking lot, however this location is poorly executed. My first time here recently, I entered 1 of 2 entrances only to find myself booted off the property because that entire entrance is dedicated to door dash! That line has been empty the last 3 mornings I visited that location. Corporate needs to look into this location and make changes.
Once again another great Chick-fil-A! Very friendly employees at this location. I believe the manager even refilled my drink, even though she was meeting with someone at a table close to the front counter. Great service.
I mean, come on. Does this really need a rating? Chick-fil-A is always top notch, and even if they make a mistake they have the best customer service to resolve any issue. Purchased two spicy deluxe combos on this visit, and was happy as always!
