Chick-fil-a - Gallatin

The meal at this restaurant is consistently excellent. I recently tried the new Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich and it was really tasty. The classic chicken sandwich with a sweet dressing is always a good choice. The service was great and I dined in for lunch. The price per person is typically between $10 and $20. I highly recommend trying the Chick-Fil-A Waffle Potato Fries and the Chick-Fil-A Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich.

Fast drive-thru but cookies not as fresh as other locations. Person taking the order was given the order twice and it still was not correct at the window. Window staff did offer to fix it. I was the first car in line waiting for food at the drive-through window. I had my window down ready to get my food because they are usually really fast (not this time). While waiting for my food, the staff was buying talking about their personal life. How long they have lived in Tennessee, how long they have worked there, how long they have dated said person, etc. This wouldn 't bother me if things were being taken care of. They were taking food to cars behind me not even acknowledging I was there. When a guy finally decided to ask if he should have me move, the lady at the window said, Oh, we were just waiting on her drinks. Then went got my drinks so I could get my food which has been sitting at the window this whole time. I had hungry kids, so I was ready to get them fed. We were camping this food was taken to our camp site. I got two number 1s, a 12 peice nugget meal, and 6 cookies. The cookies never made it into the bag, so we never got them. For the record, 6 cookies were almost $10. So I was upset so were the kids. Won 't be going to a chick fil a for a while. At least not that one. The staff needs to be a little more focused on their costomers.
