I just came back from the hospital and had some painful health problems, so I didn't notice. As soon as we left and I found out I called the store to complain. This only made something worse and I will not come in, just let us say that it was nothing near a pleasant customer service interaction (from my perspective at that time). I hung up and told me everyone had a bad day and mistakes. So today I went back and I was reminded why I enjoy her food and service so much! The food was good and the service spot on! The 5 stars are for food and all the excellent workers they have on the staff (even if they make mistakes! I spoke to the superiors about the terrible day, I'm sorry. I had a lot of pain and everything I wanted to hear from you, I'm sorry. We will work on not happening again and in hint, that was a late conversation from the Get go. I'm sorry to put you in a position to defend your crew, and that you're very good. Errors happen, no excuse for bad manners. I wish I had taken the time to write your name so that I could forward your handling with this difficult customer as you did. Waitstaff was friendly and friendly as we penetrated the menu. The chicken pieces were big and delicious. The cookie was warm and soft. We got honey sauce and butter without asking. Restroom very nice and clean. The whole place was clean and comfortable. This KFC was a pleasure to visit. Can't wait to go back!
The person who worked the window was very friendly and had a pleasant setting. She was good at giving eye contact. It provided quality customer service.
