Happy Joe's Pizza Ice Cream Galesburg

The pizza was fine. The atmosphere was awful. Kids everywhere and they have added a toy that sounds like bowling balls in your ears. We movt to another area and froze. I mentioned it when I checked out because I wanted a nice meal for three adults to be able to talk to one another and they said too bad. I dropped forty dollars and will never go back.

Pizza was OK, otherwise what a dingy place. Management is stretching the staff too thin. Why is my waiter in charge of the whole restaurant, and the cash register, and doing all the game/ticket/token nonsense? Took 2.5 hours to get fed and get out of there. Edit: stomach is doing backflips at 2am. No bueno.

One excellent waitress for a full restaurant on Friday for lunch. Appears to be one cook as well. Management here is terrible. Always short staffed. There are better pizza buffet places in town.

Had it home for the weekend and had to have my favorites before I left! Happy Joe's pizza has been there since I was a child and it hasn't changed at all!! Starting from the Quad Cities, Happy Joe started his business in the 70s. While Joe is no longer with us, his tradition lives in all his glory! If you ever come to the Middle West, give him a shot! The Canadian bacon is famous!

You have a good buffet deal on the weekdays. Great choice and we can choose blows we want to see for the pizzas there. You always had great food and pizza there. One of the best pizza places in the city.
