Macado's - Galax

Service is always an issue there but last 2 times we've had outstanding service. There's a girl with glasses, brunette hair who gives good service, most of all who exceeds service is Bobby! He has gone above and beyond to make sure all his tables are taken care of. Definitely will call ahead of time to make sure he's working. Macados has such amazing quality food! Just a shame this younger generation doesn't want to work. Meal type: Dinner

I sat in there restaurant at the bar for 50 minutes I was talked to by one associate, I had to ask twice to get a menu, I never had my order taken, I had to call the store twice to place my to-go order, I still never had my order taken by the bar tender who knew I wanted to order. I had to call and complain to the manager on duty in order to even be acknowledged. Ended up leaving after an hour still with no food, and guess what It's 10:00 at night so by the time I get somewhere else aside from Taco Bell it'll be closed.

Waited for 30 minutes on my food. Waiter ended up giving mine to another table. All the staff stands out back talking and smoking cigs instead of actually doing their job. Super disappointed in this place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
