Although my husband enjoyed his Virginia ham omelet, I thought the food only fair. Biscuits were not homemade and unremarkable. Sausage could have been cooked longer. When my husband declined any kind of potato, they served cottage cheese and peaches and charged us for them!
We visited for breakfast this morning and we're very pleasantly surprised by the great fresh-cooked breakfast and reasonable price. Their staff and management were friendly and went above and beyond to provide great service. Will return again to try their lunch selections.
Lovely little breakfast spot! Prices are fair, staff is super friendly and keeps your coffee full. Will definitely be back next time we are in VA visiting family.
We recently ate breakfast at Creekside Cafe and encountered delicious omelets and biscuits, as well as friendly staff and atmosphere. We felt lucky to have stumbled on to this small cafe in Galax, and if we're ever in the area again, we will return.
