His mother had made us a large Indian breakfast, so we weren't very hungry only 2-3 hours later, but they told us it was time for lunch. I went in expecting to get a tea and not much more, and then saw the massive buffet, and quickly learned it was all vegetarian. The aroma of the food and the look of the vast buffet drew me in! The buffet was massive! It has a make-your-own chaat bar station, as well as at least twelve different appetizer and entree foods. Food was continuously well-stocked, and as soon as something neared the bottom, it was replaced. There is something for everyone here! Everything came very well-spiced, but nothing was too spicy that you needed to chase it with lots of water. I'll note it was packed when we arrived, but we were still seated almost immediately. As soon as we got up to get second (and third) helpings from the buffet, our plate was immediately cleared to make way for our new one. We didn't pay for the meal, but were told it was $11/person. I can't confirm that by looking at their website, but if it's true, this is a fabulous deal, as you leave extremely stuffed and satisfied.
Some of the best vegan Indian food we ever had! and very affordable, beautiful ambiente, friendly service.
The washing buffet is an absolute must. the offer varies from week to week, but always very well done. uncanny Indian ton with a big Indian followed as a product of its authenticity.
I'm so often here, but every time I'm so happy. the trick is to go for the washing buffet, it is about $15 then tax and tipp. okay, sure it is about $20, but they have so many possibilities. there is salate. there is a Puri station oh my quality, there is a Puri station. there are 2 suppen: sambar and others (rasambare there are stirring fry. there are curries. there are nice, green beans and aubergines. there are iddly (lentil donuts) and utthapam (thick savory pancakes). there is biryani. there are dosas. there are protein sources / sleeve meat (dal, kicherbsen). there is something for everyone. it's so good, you'll be very happy that you left. when they are vegan, they ask what they can not eat vs.. if there's a wiper in there, it won't eat. the rice dishes can also have milk products. the desserts have honey and/or milk. have no fear to ask, be aware of you, and you'll be fine.
Went for dinner with family. LOVED it. Wonderful food with wonderful service. They forgot to give us puris and so brought us extra. Their vegetable biryani was awesome. I also greatly enjoyed their dahl.
