Guapo's Cantina - Gaithersburg

Incredible views and excellent service from the staff. I instantly fell in love with this Tex-Mex restaurant. The food is delicious, and what I appreciate most is how the servers provide honest descriptions of the dishes—no embellishments! The place does get quite busy on weekends, but that just goes to show how popular it is. I highly recommend it!

This is a fantastic spot for the weekend! I visited with a friend on Saturday around 2:00 PM. We faced a 35-minute wait for a table on the terrace, but thankfully, we were seated indoors right away with no wait at all. The service was excellent, and our server was very attentive, offering refills without us even having to ask. There were three birthday parties happening, which made things a bit noisy. By the time we left, there were quite a few people waiting for tables, so we ended up missing lunch in the late afternoon. After we ate, we took a stroll around the lake to help digest our meal. The portions were generous, easily enough to share between two people.

Amazing Mexican restaurant in Rio. They have many tables in the indoor and outdoor areas. This place is always packed during the weekdays, but right. I usually order chicken enchiladas, steak-Fajitas and queensadillas. All dishes were pretty good and good portion size. Guacamole was really fresh and chips and salsa were delicious. But I highly recommend her loco mango margarita. It's the best drink! So refreshing especially during the hot summer days. The service was not as bad to consider how busy this place was, but definitely have a room for improvement. Quick walk around the Rio water promenade is also plus! If you are planning to visit Rio, I recommend eating something here!

What a great place at the Rio. Right on the water it is beautiful inside and out. Food and drinks are amazing. I had many margaritas trying different ones each time. All are great, I think the Palmagranite Margareta on the rocks was the best. I didn't much care for the Sangria thought. It was just okay. The steak fajitas are amazing and the service was the best I had in a very long time.

Went to this place for a friend's birthday dinner. The food was tassstyyy! No doubt about it. For the drinks we ordered-mango, strawberry and mangonada. Which were all top-notch. Got the main course we ordered different chicken dishes and everything tasted well. The place is quite busy but service is quick and is neat too. It has a floating crowd, but you get a table real quick(waiting time<5 min) and we went during the peak hour. For the bday occasion, they also have people come to your table and sing a birthday song in Spanish and give you a bit hat with Mexico written on it and an icecream or a cake. Overall very satisfied and a good place to dine in!
