Definitely come here.?Edit in response to owner? The bad service has been every time I've been there over the past year and a half, not just recently, however, the servers have ALWAYS been very nice, the bad service is in reference to:1. Drink orders take a very long time to come out in the sense that my last 2 visits I've ordered another drink when my food arrived and it didn't hit the table until after I was done with my meal.2. I understand everything is made to order, that explains why everything is always amazing, but it's never taken less than 40 minutes to receive my/our meals no matter how simple the meal is.3. Each time I've dined in, I've had to flag down a waiter/waitress to order. After we receive our begining drinks it's like we no longer exist. To add, again, the food is OUTSTANDING, even a simple Ruben was as good if not better than my go-to spot (Full On) specifically for rubens. As many times as I've been here I've NEVER had an issue with the food, in fact, despite the service, the food is what keeps me coming back !I'll never NOT dine here, I just know to not come if I'm on a time crunch or expect to leave in a timely manor.Parking: Numerous spots availableKid-friendliness: Wait staff has always talked directly to my child(5yo) and asked what she wanted and explained options. It's very nice to see people no brushing children off.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheelchair lift inside to take patrons upstairs.
Best place EVER!! I came here for the first time with my parents and the food was AMAZING and everyone that works there is really nice and it’s overall a really good place to eat at. Cafe Sophie also has a very calm atmosphere and everything overall is just AWESOME! I Cafe
I gave 5 instead of 4 mostly because its definitely more than a 4. Its literally at the airpark and Sophie is there. Atmosphere is good. In spite(? of the location, weekends are packed. The food is solid and it's a decent portion. The people are nice. The parking matches the location. I understand why it's packed and theres a line to get in on weekends. I went there due to a Moco passport and if you're in the area, I would say its nice. Its almost a diner feel in a good way.Parking: I went around 10 am on weekend and there were maybe 10 spaces left. When I left, there were only 2. The parking is not small, it's just busy
Cafe Sophia, located on the 2nd floor of the main airport building, is a hidden gem that offers a delightful dining experience for travelers. The owners, known for their warmth and friendliness, have created a welcoming atmosphere that adds to the overall charm of the place. The menu features a variety of delicious options, including the American breakfast, which boasts perfectly fried eggs, flavorful sausage, and mouthwatering potatoes. My wife opted for the eggs benedict with salmon, a delightful twist on the classic dish that she thoroughly enjoyed. Our daughter, a picky eater, gave her stamp of approval to the steel oats. We also tried the cinnamon roll, which was super tasty. We took it to go and enjoyed it at home. One of the unique touches of Cafe Sophia is its namesake, which is the owners' beloved dog. This personal touch adds a special charm to the place, reflecting the owners' love and dedication to their establishment. Despite being located in an airport, Cafe Sophia offers a cozy and inviting ambiance, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff at Cafe Sophia were friendly and attentive, and the service was quick, adding to the overall positive experience. Our visit to Cafe Sophia was fantastic, and we will definitely be returning. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and a unique dining experience, be sure to check out Cafe Sophia on your next visit to the airport.Parking: Park outside of the main terminal and restaurant is on the 2nd floor.Kid-friendliness: Cafe Sophia also caters to families with children, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. They had a high chair ready for our daughter, making it convenient for us to enjoy our meal. The staff was attentive to our needs as parents, which made dining with a child much easier. This thoughtful gesture added to the overall positive experience at Cafe Sophia, and we appreciate the effort they put into making families feel welcome.
This place is great. And Sophie's brother Buster agrees!
