The Queen's Arms Pub - Gainesville

Worst administration always, terrible and rude. I went with a glass of wine (which I paid) and went home, the next day I returned the glass with an additional tip, and management told me to keep my tip and that I was never left behind. Seriously. Is that a bar or a church? This place is a joke.

The food is amazing as always. I'm from Palmetto FL. If you go for dinner, you get the burger with the bacon jam tomato Omg sky. I even command and extra one.

Shepard's cake was amazing! Great beer! Great service!

A few months ago my review was so negative it was deleted. Worst service ever.. Blonde bartender was rude .. went past me several times and never took my order and was rude to the others in the group and that was the SECOND TIME with the same experience. I find the positive reviews hard to believe. There is also an involuntary delivery of Vibe from the locals who regularly go there. I'm going by because I live in Haile and it looks closed. I hope it is and they get owners who know how to rent because I never go back until this happens!

Actually, a 3.5, and we were in The Bistro, adjacent to the pub.Pre-pandemic, the Bistro food was simple and very tasty. Now, not so much.Arrived to an empty dining room. Huh?, even if it was a Tuesday....I had Shepherd's Pie; just something missing. My wife had a shrimp/pasta concoction. She brought leftovers home to be re-jiggered.Desserts used to be spectacular here.Now, not so much. Unfulfilled promise. Too many shortcuts, it would seem. My red velvet cake was underwhelming.Sadly, the Bistro ain't what she used to be.
