Texas Roadhouse - Gainesville

We were seated promptly and received our drinks right away. Our waiter took our orders, and I chose the roasted chicken with white gravy, paired with potatoes in the same gravy and a house salad. My companion ordered the 6-ounce sirloin with a house salad and steak fries. We also decided to share the cactus blossom as an appetizer. Once we were settled, we were served warm, freshly baked bread with cinnamon butter. The salads and appetizer arrived quickly; the salads were generously portioned, and the cactus blossom was quite large. Our waiter was very attentive, and our main dishes came out just as we finished our salads. The food was cooked to perfection. My roasted chicken was substantial, and my companion's steak, ordered medium, was also cooked just right. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience.

I visited on a Sunday afternoon and had an excellent experience with both the service and the food. There were many fantastic menu options, all at very reasonable prices. It's a great spot for families!

I had a fantastic lunch break on my way to Tampa. I wasn't aware that Power Mac would be on the menu, but I really enjoyed it. The food was strong in flavor! Niko provided excellent service.
