While I had positive experiences in the middle of the day, I decided to order breakfast online when I was in a hurry to get out of the house. I came at 9:45, which is over time, said they were open. I rolled up and got no answer through the intercom so I came to the window and one of the men said that it was opened at 10, as it was only 5 minutes away at that point, I decided to wait. I come back at 10:05 and they are still not answered, so I thought what is sick just wait in the line. It is not nearly 10:15, no one has come to take my order. I've already paid for my dinner and wait. This place is sometimes ridiculous as they lock the doors before closing and usually have rude service. I don't know if sick come back here.
Crew is nice, but app is advertising foods that they don't have, so up to the time I've already paid for more than I have. after me substitutions for the things they don't have, they put tomatoes on everything I don't have for tomatoes, and then I waited for them for 30 minutes to bring out the make-up order. I try to be patient with restaurant service, but that was quite frustrating
Fearable settings with the drive thru. Could you order three times, even after clarification several times. If the interior was locked at 4 o'clock, we could not go in to get the missing items and had to go back through the drive thru all again. Loud mouthblown disgusting people
Most horrible service of a chain restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I’ve given this taco bell the benefit of the doubt on FOUR separate occasions and was met with a completely wrong order. Workers are oblivious on how to use mobile ordering so make sure to order in the drive-thru. Regardless, your order will probably come out completely wrong.
