Taco Bell - Gainesville

Went couple weeks ago, got in line for drive thru.. line was long in front an behind us. As we got to the speaker we were informed that the took last order and was now closed... they still had about two hours left until closing according to postedhours. So we had to wait until last ordercwas given to get out of the drive thru to go back into town to get food.

I've tried to get breakfast there 2 time in the past 2 weeks and they weren't open. The first it was 7:05a, and I was like ok maybe their staff is running late. This morning I went in the drive thru around 8:30a and they had a sign on the drive thruspeaker saying closed. Are they out of business? There were a couple of cars there, but looking through the window I saw no one.

The Taco Bell in this city is consistently the best. They never mess up my order, always serve me quickly, and are always extremely polite. I have never been to a fast food restaurant with such friendly workers as this Taco Bell. Every time I visit, I am consistently impressed by the positive customer service.

Taco Bell met my expectations. The food was good and the staff was friendly. Normally they are not very nice, but this time someone was pleasant.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. They always add something extra to my order. One time they added Nacho cheese to my Taco, and yesterday they added rice. I will never come back to this place again.
