Sublime Tacos - Gainesville

Since moving here from out West, I have struggled to find decent Mexican food and tacos not covered with white cheese sauce. Ick.This place has baja style tacos and nachos and it's amazing!Dog friendly outside seating for leashed well behaved pets.

Great fusion tacos! Asian marinated short rib. Not a Mexican tortilla…nice tables under trees

Absolutely delicious and filling!!! You have to try their quesadillas. Everything is so fresh.

I have enjoyed sublime while at UF but I have been finding my recent portions are really lacking especially considering the price. Not a lot of meat or toppings—hard to justify spending 15$ on 4 of their tacos. The carnitas is amazing though.

The service was good, the food was ok (rice was over cooked looked like mashed potatoes and the beef was plain) but what really bothered me is the people working at the front, I saw a girl wearing gloves but touching her hair, touching her earrings, touching her face, and then touching the food, as a person working in the food industry I know those are sanitary violations, hope you guys can work on this.
