Fantastic customer services from the Baristas! No matter how busy I consistently receive amazing service. It's obvious that everyone works hard and receives great training.

One of the managers here is extremely rude to the customers and her employees. She charged me for something I have never in my life been charged for because she was in a bad mood from the customer before me. I watched her give attitude to two customers ahead of me as well for no reason. As someone who has worked at starbucks before, our team would never think about treating customers the way some of them do.

Ordered off grubhub and had to wait 15 minutes to go up and ask about my order. Wanted to change from hot to iced on my mistake. Was told it would be fixed and out soon. 15 minutes later I went into line and they hadn't even started the order because they were out of almond milk. No one had told me this even though I had made it clear that I was here. Don't bother with grubhub here.

I've been to the other starbucks on campus and this one today was the best! The customer service was really great, both my cashier and the girl who gave out the drinks to everybody were really nice! Even though the line was a little long, I expected it because it's very popular and you can clearly see how hard everyone is working to get the orders done.
