Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe sat in the thru order screen for more than 20 minutes before someone shouted from the load that the drive thru was closed. when we came in, they were out of most within an hour. my order was partially fulfilled and was given to the offer as replacement a false page, but they could not fulfill the order of my partner. was not a good experience loading with this.
Everyone here has an attitude and multiple times we have come to this location and they never have spicy chicken and get an attitude when you ask how long! When they provide a time on the chicken they give an over exaggerated time frame (40 minutes) just so you can say never mind. They are purposely slow and un organized. I witnessed 6 people in the food area just conversing as a line continued to form in the drive through. This location needs to be revamped! Customer service -10
If I could give this location a zero,I definitely would. In the two months that I have been in town and came to this location its been a problem. First they did not open until after 1030,no reason why because it several employees just walking around. Today I get to this location, the drive-thru speaker is down. I pull up then supposedly the monitors are down but I can come in and place my order. Im confused the monitor was down for the drive-thru but up for the walk in customers. I have made the conscious decision to NEVER visit this location they have the worst customer service. I would rather drive to Main Street wait longer but know I'm getting better customer service.
Great chicken. Slow service. Great employees. Wrong items given on order..three times.Seems to be in a disarray but the chicken is awesome.We will stick to our usual Popeyes, they get it right, fast and great each time.That matters.
Literally the worst place ever. I drove half an hour to this location because their is no chain located on Archer Road, where almost all the restaurants are. I ordered online for a later time because I had to take into consideration when I was going to arrive at the restaurant. I got there 10 minutes later due to traffic. However, when I got there, there was only one person working cashier. I waited patiently in line despite having ordered online pickup. When it was finally my turn, the cashier told me my order was not ready yet. Huh? My pickup time was 20 minutes ago, and I even ordered late! Isn't this a FAST food chain? And aren't pickup orders meant to be quicker? There wasn't even that many people in the restaurant, and there was at least 10 people on staff. WTF. So, I waited and as I was waiting, I observed what the staff members where doing. They were so slow. I swear it took them 10 minutes to finish one order when literally all the food was sitting behind them, already cooked. Does it take that long to package one chicken wing? They acted like they didn't want to be there at all. Anyways, when my order was finally done, I still had to wait a few minutes for one of the staff members to finally hand it over to me across the counter. The point is, the staff is lazy. Doesn't do their job. Are so slow. Do not go here :
