I pre-ordered for the Super Bowl Sunday morning.Arrived 15 minutes early.The employee came out immediately and let us know it was in the oven.The hot honey pizza was amazing.Customer service was great.

Staff needs to be a little more friendly and at least act like they are happy to see you. This is not the first time I felt like an interruption to their dayParking: Narrow but you are restricked by size of lot .

I ordered a pepperoni lovers and only got a standard pepperoni...very sparce with the meat. Need more training I suppose...

Horrible customer service experience the manager on night shift has a attitude problem here in the Gainesville texas location all because they didn't have a delivery driver after 9 they opted to send my order to door dash even though they never told me till after the fact that I hadn't received my order till after they closed then proceeded to give me the run around about the order saying its out of there hands once door dash takes a order I didn't pay door dash I paid through the pizza hut app I should not be told to contact them about a refund that's on yall not door dash
