Fuji Hibachi Express - Gainesville

I've been coming here for years and I have never had a problem with the food. I recommend the Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp and dumplings are the best around here! Their soups are good. Staff is nice.

This is a small hole in the wall place with only a few tables to dine in at, so nothing fancy. But they're quick to take your order and you can watch them cook your food so you know it's clean. The bathrooms are clean. The tables are clean. The value for your money unbeatable. I almost always choose to stop in this place over other more fancy Chinese Asian restaurants in town.

I ordered the Garlic Chicken (I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture), and it was really tasty. However, I felt there were too many vegetables in the dish. I would have preferred a better balance between the veggies and the chicken. I think a score of 3.75 would be more fitting, but since the customer service was outstanding, I decided to round it up to a 4 instead of lowering it to a 3. Enjoy!
