They would not take our order on the car thru and we were the only people there. good luck! I wouldn't be staring if possible.

I visit this location almost every morning! I have a complex order that I place through the app. There are certain customization options on the app that I can't select, but the staff at this location always ensure that my order is spot on every time! Thank you for making my mornings a little bit easier. - Paris

I appreciate the consistency of customer service at this location (in front of Walmart on 13th heading toward Alachua). It doesn't matter who takes your order, gives you the order, or is making your order they give you great service!I hope this location continues to value their employees (bc this shows in attitude) and gets passed on to costumers. This is how you run a successful business in this day and age.

I use my phone app to order from Dunkin. Well the last 2 times I have ordered from my app, for this store only, I get told when I get to the store my order didn't go thru. Really people.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude. They cut me off while I was picking up my order.
