Best service Ambience and food was pretty good I recommend coming also get the cheesy chicken. Pasta.

Terrible. An hour before they close, I sat down at the bar and waited for 10 minutes. Not one single worker said a word to me. Not even a hey, give us a minute. Nothing. I'd be embarrassed if I worked there.

I was a bit skeptical when I was reading the reviews but I said screw it let's just try it. I'm glad we did! I was very impressed, the chili's back in San Antonio is horrible, and we have several. I was with a party of 8 including kids and the service was perfect. Drinks and food came out in a timely manner, margarita was great. I had this new seafood pasta, it came with crab and shrimp. It was very delicious!

On Saturday the 19th of June, 2022, I visited the Portland Chili's sat by the take out part of the restaurant. The girl w/ the purple hair in front her sidekick working together were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I frequent there about once or twice a week! I'll never ever visit there or any other Chili's again plan to let EVERYONE know that this was unacceptable ruined the Chili's experience my meal out, where I spend a lot of my money!! These two girls need to be fired!

I understand now it 's progressed to dine-in but after a LONG DAY at work my husband decided to order online and get a To-Go like we do at our regular Chili 's in Annaville because we live them and they treat us like family. An order for 2 people and forget the margaritas to go because they were out but the order for food had been placed at 5:30 and TOO BAD it automatically includes a tip, which had been added. He sat there in the parking lot UNTIL 7:00!! Portland needs to be schooled by the Annaville Chili 's. We always place our order while we leave our house in Sinton and by the time we get there a smiling staff member walks out five minutes later. FIVE!! The margaritas came from the liquor store. We understand times are different, but at least an we 're sorry for the delay , or a coupon for a next visit would help. We will just keep our business in Annaville.
