Chef Wang Chinese - Gainesville

I do not recommend this place at all. I went for lunch with some coworkers (5 in total) and halfway through my meal, I found some hair in the food. When I told the waitress, she said to let the owner manager know when I go to pay. When it came time to pay, I shared with them what happened and that one of the meals should be free do to the hair. I was told that since I ate a lot of my meal, it would not be free. That's a very horrible thing for a business to tell a customer, especially one whose been going to their restaurant for over a decade now. This will be the last time I ever visit this establishment.

I had an order delivered 9/4/23 had beef noodles, and shrimp fried rice both were excellent. Great flavor and big portion size. Great food at a fair price, plus delivery was very fast. Thank you for delivering to us truck drivers waiting to load, at the local poultry plants.

9/10/23Ordered over the phone in which a lady took my order. While on the phone after I placed my order my total was $55.10.My order: (2) beef broccoli , (2) large shrimp fried rice , (4) egg rolls.When my husband got to the restaurant the total jumped up by $10 (65.10). They argued with my husband telling him not to worry about it. In which my husband walks out , and leaves the food. I called to gain understanding in which a man answered the phone with a very bad attitude yelling at me. Stating “so you wouldn’t pay your rent because it’s too high?” , “what about if you went to Walmart you wouldn’t pay for your stuff because it’s too high?” At this point I tell him he’s very unprofessional , and they’ll NEVER again get any of my money. He processed to say who cares about ONE customer. They have HIDDEN FEES , CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. You’re just ONE CUSTOMER WHO CARES RIGHT.

Would never recommend, they charge what ever they want to charge people, they have three different prices advertised, online the price are different from the price in the restaurant and food is never worth the price they charge.$16 for sesame chicken are you kidding me

Old school Chinese restaurant, very affordable lunch, entree, soup and a side plus drink for around $12They have the best sesame chicken around, always served hot!
