I was pleasantly surprised that my craving for a cheese steak was satisfied even without the roll. Instead, they served it on a bed of fresh greens, which I enjoyed along with the steak, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Considering this is a food court location, I found it quite impressive. I also tried some fries that didn't cause any gluten issues for me, as long as you’re mindful of cross-contamination. The portion was much larger than I expected! Just be prepared for a short wait, as they cook to order. If you can be patient for about five to ten minutes, you’ll be rewarded with a delicious, fresh, hot sub—even without the roll!
