Blue Gill Quality Foods - Gainesville

The J Hillis Miller Health Center Gift Shop, Inc., a non-profit organization, planned its annual business meeting and lunch in The Barn in November, after years of preparation of Pot Glück Lunch itself or our lunch in our business meeting area. We were very pleased with the guidance of Liz for our menu selection, especially the flexibility Blue Gill Quality Foods offers for gluten-free and vegetarian options. We arrived with everything as planned. We were able to keep our business meeting, followed by a delicious lunch that was served efficiently and quietly. We had time to relax and enjoy the occasion without doing the work itself. We appreciate the rapid communication and attention of Liz during the planning and implementation of this event.

We used The Barn at Blue Gill for a retirement party this past weekend and everything was perfect! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, the service was fantastic, the party room was lovely, and the communication with the Blue Gill team was excellent throughout the planning process. Our favorite foods/drinks were the fish dip, pimento cheese plate, margaritas, shrimp and grits, pork rind fried chicken, and the strawberry shortcake! I HIGHLY recommend Blue Gill for your next event!
