Just Salad - Gainesville

Basically like a chipotle, but salate concentrated. everything is clearly marked, so there are no questions that are beautiful. the baked tofu is good. the main train is the portion size. the salads are huge. also the packaging is environmentally friendly.

As someone who had been frequently going to JustSalad and made it a lunch stop every other day, I feel really bad that I have to write about them in a negative light, and usually, I would let it slide, but this has been happening too often. Before COVID, the Just Salad team of Gainesville was very generous in terms of salad offerings, if you were paying 11.00 for a salad, it would be justified in the amount that was offered. But, recently, they have been giving little portions, and when you ask for a little more on the toppings, they charge a dollar extra for a small scoop. I would have loved to say that this was only based on one experience, but this this has been happening more and more often. Believe or not, the pictures below are the same order, the 1st order being a pick-up order and the second being one that I made there. When I had it picked up, they left out several of the items I asked, including the piece of bread and chickpeas. They also overdosed with the salad dressing, so all I was eating was partially cooked chicken and leaves drenched with dressing. My advice? If you want a salad, just make it at home. It's NOT worth the money, especially if you're a college student, because it's not going to fill you up. You might as well try the other restaurants in the area.

This place used to be great but lately everything has gone extremely downhill. The size of the servings have gotten much smaller. The store is constantly out of ingredients and the substitutions seem old and aren't fresh. Customer service is terrible and the food isn't made until you arrive at the store regardless of when your pick up time for an online order is. Although this used to be a great restaurant I would now recommend everyone avoid it.

Awful customer service. I ordered food online for pickup. And no one notified me that they were out of proteins and sides. The restaurant told me that I could pick up my food the next day. When I got to the restaurant the employees had no idea what was going on. Getting a hold of customer service was extremely hard since they took a long time to answer the calls or texts. When I finally got my order to go they gave me the food with missing ingredients and no dressing. I am extremely disappointed with my food and the service. I also payed a lot of money for this order. Extremely overpriced and not worth it.

I had never been to a Just Salad before, and I have to say that this one exceeded my expectations! While it may be on the pricier side, it is definitely worth it. The General Manager was very professional and welcoming as I walked in, and the staff were just as friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the LTO summer salad and am currently enjoying it - everything tastes fresh and delicious! The homemade honey mustard vinaigrette was perfection. I will definitely be returning for more in the future.
