I had the Heritage Pork Medallion dinner, which came with delicious cheesy garlic potatoes and truly addictive glazed carrots. My husband opted for the Bull Thistle Filet, which he paired with the delightful garlic potatoes and a side salad. Everything was cooked to perfection, and it's clear the chef and kitchen staff really know what they’re doing. We can't wait to try more dishes, as this will become our go-to spot for date nights. I grew up in Jackson County, and it’s lovely to see the historic building—once a favorite store from my childhood—preserved so beautifully. The original wooden floors and stunning tray ceilings add a charming touch to the new features, creating a wonderful atmosphere for date nights, family gatherings, and special occasions. I'm genuinely impressed by how well this restaurant operates and just how delicious the food is. I can’t wait for our next visit, especially since I spotted some amazing desserts on the menu! I’m so glad this fantastic gastropub has emerged in my hometown; it’s truly worth a trip for anyone in Tennessee. It’s even better than many costly restaurants in larger cities!
