Helens - Gainesboro

Open faced roast beef is my favorite. Had the chocolate cobbler for the 1st time..so so good. The remodel is nice. Looks great.

I have been to several hometown feels diners, but I have never been that big on them. Helen's has changed my mind, I've had the burgers, the onion petals, cheese sticks, fried squash and okra (which I don't normally eat), country steak, chocolate pie,coconut pie, and banana pudding. Everything, I mean Everything down to the sweet tea, is absolutely phenomenal, and well withinprice range of affordable. I will continue to pass on the wonderful features of this pleasant little place and recommend tomany. Thank you for wonderful service and food.

We have visited from the city and decided to try. the place is very clean. the service was excellent and the food was great! very recommended to stop here.

Helens restaurant is definitiw a must in tennessee. the service was great, my glass was never empty and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the experience. What else could you ask? P.S. I had the hamburger steak and it was great. you should try.
