But she was right... it was easy and perfect. It was also on site with the recommendation of a dry pagan white wine. My husband had Asian style pork chops... very delicate and tasty.
Gwalia Lân is located in the center of Gaiman, opposite the main square (the Plaza). The only sad thing is that it is closed on Sunday and Monday. The owner, Andrés Evans, has created an excellent menu, especially with local products and detailed in Welsh, English and Spanish. In addition to good food, he holds an excellent wine shop and a lot of good beer. Many locals use the place, both as a restaurant and bar that testifies to its qualities. I have dined there on many occasions and never disappointed.
I've eaten here so glad we're here. The waitress was nice and asked us how we wanted to cook our steak. First in Argentina. Medium rarely came as desired! See the menu in Spanish Welsh and English. Very recommended and very cheap
We had lunch here on the last day of our visit to Gaiman to explore its Welsh heritage. The owner speaks fluently Walisian, like my wife, and I have a smashing of the language so much of the conversation was in Welsh. The menu is Argentinean instead of Welsh food, but the two salad starters and Steak main courses were extremely good.
We had a wonderful tasty meal here and the choice of meals for coeliacs was good and very tasty. The others in the group were equally delighted with their meals. The desserts were 'ardderchog '.
