Arby's - Gahanna

Just went thru drive thru. Why are the fast food places having trouble with their milkshake machines?? Besides that, it was decent.

Pulled up at Arby’s drive thru at 9:55 pm and was told they by the person running the drive-through that Arby’s was closed You guys close at 10 right it’s only 955 when I said that no one else responded. I said hello several times but no one respond Very disappointed if they closed at 9:55 PM then it should say we close at 9:55 PM online and not 10 PM

Just ordered fries. They were Covered in black crud. Friers obviously hadn't been so much as skimmed let alone cleaned in a looong while.I could smell how unclean it was in there the second they opened the window.Hard avoid!And to the owner who is reading this; double the pay of every employee, then adequately staff the shifts, you parasite.

The girl running the drive-thru sucks. She has a VERY bad attitude with customers. All I asked for was a receipt and she was hollering at me from the window trying to shut me up. The manager had to jump in to ease the situation because it wasn't all that serious.The people there don't want to be there, especially the drive-thru girl. She's over her job and it shows just like her disrespect and her bad attitude.Go anywhere else but this ghetto place with these nasty ghetto people.

How is it that this Arby’s location in Gahanna, Ohio can be out of roast beef? That is absolutely ridiculous. Their order board has not worked for months and they never turn their menu light on. The manager of this location should be talked to about running a restaurant.
