Arby's - Gahanna

We've poked by a few times where the store will be closed, despite lights being on. On our most recent attempt about a week ago, they were open with a lobby, and I'm incredibly thankful they were! The woman who helped me that night was incredibly sweet and patient with me and my questions, and recommended a Jamocha shake to me (which was an awesome recommendation, and a good upsell! <3)The food was made fresh! My ham and cheese melt tasted awesome when I added their spicy pepper sauce, and the Jamocha shake cooled down the jalapeño bites I had! My spouse helped me finish off my curly fries, and they were also satisfied with their food! (Can't remember what they ordered, at this time.)While the cashier and the food helped us relax, the same could not be said for the exterior of the restaurant: little to no lights, weird drive-thru set up that has you walking immediately in the drive-thru lane just to get in, a tree that fell down off to the side; it was a bit to take in. This is out of a cook or cashier's control for such a large chain. Arby's has potential; we just need to see the same commitment come from higher up the ladder.Thank you to the cooks for the good food, and the awesome cashier for helping my spouse and I feel comfy and cozy when we were feeling slightly anxious that night! <3

Quick service at the drive thru, however, the 2 classic roast beef sandwiches looked and tasted like they were from the last century inedible and thrown in the trash.

The service I received tonight was beyond what I could expect, as the two young men African-American made our entire evening. They even gave my dog some roast beef, that goes a long way! Food was perfect, received allllll the condiments I ask for, plus both men's were so friendly!!! Thank u!!!!!!

Had to order 3 timesAnd only ordered a simple beef and Cheddar They finally got it on the third try But we had to pay for the sandwiches that he got wrong.

The worst. Roast beef was yellow. Bread was hard. Shouldn't have even seved anyone this meat. ??
