Waffle House - Gadsden

I tried to call and this holiday thing comes on saying they are not taking call in orders to order online. Then I get there there is only 4 customers in the store sitting at 2 booths. The waitress was in the back and the cook was handing out an order. He gets the waitress and she comes out in a black hood the was filthy. She ask for my order and I had to repeat it twice then she tells me we're out of chili. She goes and check and scraps the bottom of the pan and says yeah we're out. This was at 5 minutes to 6 this morning. I never saw the cook again. Every time I go this waffle house on Rainbow dr it's always they are out of something or the store is unkempt. I will never go there again and I think it's ironic that in less than an hour after I was there they now have chili. It takes 45 minutes to make chili the proper way for Waffle House. WOW but I was not compensated or told they could get me some chili or anything.This store has a history of being lazy and food unavailable and dishes all over place at 2 o'clock in the morning. I will be contacting corporate.

This is where me and my husband decided to have our Thanksgiving Dinner. We'll let's just say I've had way better food in way worse places. Our waitress was very nice and did her job very well. The cook was either over-tired or under-trained, because I can honestly say I've never had eggs so dry or a pecan waffle still raw on the outer edges. My waitress tried to make me a second waffle but I just wasn't in the mood for food anymore. My waitress comped my meal a d I still tipped her as I paid for My husband's dinner.

The food was great, the service was friendly, and it did not disappoint.
