Cheese sticks were burnt. The rest of the food tasted old pasta, made a week ago. Just disgusting

Do not ever order pizza thru the app, they take advantage of u and give u horrible pricing, u will find better deals just ordering online. Ive ordered pizza thru the app for at least 5 yrs only to find they were sticking it me by at least 50% and didnt even offer me deals on the app that my wife could get online. Pizza hut takes advantage of ur loyalty and reward u with charging u way more than someone who has never ordered a pizza with them. Order Online if u have a brain in ur head. Cause if u dont they will simply take advantage of ur loyalty by charging u more! If only the marketing division was as good as my local store. No problems with the staff or product, just dirty tactics used to extract more money out of u. Order online and dont login in or use app for the best deals.

Very bad service! Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. Got home, the pizza was warm, not hot and had bread sticks instead of cheese sticks. Called the store and they asked me to bring them back for them to see. I live 15mins from there. I told her that. After she kept me on hold for over 8 mins, she came back on and told me that if I didn’t want to bring them back tonight, then I could bring them back the next day. She said she saw us leave with a box nit a bag which breadsticks normally come in and they don’t make that kind of mistake. That was basically calling me a liar. VERY RUDE!! I told her that’s fine, I just won’t be ordering from them anymore. I’ll go back to Domino’s. I may pay a few dollars more but I get better service and hot pizza!

I gave them 1 stars because I couldn't give them 0 stars. I placed an order through the mobile app at 5:21 and after waiting over an hr I called to check on my order and was hung up on, Finally at 6:40 I received a full refund. I will never order from them again

First of all we waited FOREVER for our pizza! I checked my email and it said hot fresh pizza is on the way after about 30 minutes I called the store and whoever answered the phone told me I actually had another 30 minutes but the delivery person was on his way! After about another 30 minutes the pizza finally arrives and I asked the driver if it was hot? He said OH YES IT 'S HOT! I took the pizza in the house and it was NOT HOT!!! It was warm! I paid for extra cheese and extra pepperoni on one of the pizzas and it didn 't have neither, extra cheese or pepperoni!!! I wasted $45 on your pizza Pizza Hut and if it hadn 't been almost 11 pm I would 've taken it back to your store! I understand that most businesses are short staffed but orders should be prepared accordingly!!! This gives YOU a bad name and your business is SUPPOSED to be the best pizza around and last night was a total disappointment for myself and my family!
