The food here is enjoyable, but the staff could improve; they can be either quite rude or exceptionally friendly at times.

I've never seen a morning crew that could screw so many orders.

I went through the drive around 1:30 and ordered a big jack combo w coke to drink and I wanted to make it large. I also ordered a regular chocolate shake. When I got to the window and paid the cashier handed me my order and the shake. I asked about my large coke and she asked me what drink and then put someone else on the window who asked me for $2.52. If I wanted a large shake with my combo that?s what I would have said! The first cashier acted like I was trying to get something for free I guess! I think your cashiers need to listen completely to the order before ringing it up! I have had problems here before and just let it go but this time I felt it needed to be addressed! I will not be going to this Jacks anymore!

We eat here almost everyday, something with every order we make is wrong or we don't get what we order. This morning only one item was correct and then when we took it back in they wanted to argue that only one item was missing. This restaurant has really went downhill with the staff in the last couple of months.

I absolutely love this place! The service, food, staff, and other guests all contribute to an amazing atmosphere.
