Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Gadsden

This Dairy Queen location has always been a pleasant experience for me. I’ve never encountered poor food quality or bad customer service while ordering or receiving my meals. I usually enjoy desserts here, and I’ve ordered them multiple times; they’re consistently delicious. The place is also very clean, and I believe they do a great job maintaining it. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by this Dairy Queen for a nice meal and tasty treats.

At one point, a customer even had to ask if anyone worked there because the line wrapped around the building and no one was being served. A confrontational manager finally appeared and seemed to get defensive rather than help the situation. I was with my family, and after waiting too long, we decided to leave. I called the number posted on the door to file a complaint, but no one answered. A few minutes later, I received a return call from what I assumed was the owner. Instead of a courteous response, I was met with yelling because I had reached out to voice my concerns. I tried to explain that I hadn't received an answer when I first called, but we just ended up hanging up on each other. They continued to call me back and harass me, leading me to believe that others have also tried to complain. The behavior of both the manager and the staff is truly shameful, and it's a pity that the owner allows such poor service to tarnish the reputation of what could be a great place.

My pumpkin bizzard tasted like vanilleeis. they hardly put in the bloomings. all the tables were dirty, eating and sticky on the tables.

I have always loved dairy queen until now. They have been slacking a lot here lately. After a long day at work I finally get a minute to stop and eat. When I get home this is what my hotdog looks like. Never did I ask for extra mustard.

Ordered online and came all the way to pick up my food sat at the drive thru speaker for over 20 mins and no one spoke to me at all, drove around to go in since a sign said the dining room was open and the doors were locked... There were about 4 other cars who sat and waited at the speaker and still no answer $30 worth of food and I still can't believe no one was there... smh DQ can do better
